The KEAZ platform, which will be accessible to as many people as possible through the sub-agents of Orabank Togo, aims to provide its users with a simple and user-friendly experience with consistent information across all channels (« omnichannel » type solution). ). The customer can start a transaction from a mobile phone and finish it on an ATM, on the internet or with a sub-agent.
KEAZ users will also be able to initiate almost all their transactions in a secure way with an internet connection from their phone, tablet or computer, but also via the mobile application MY KEAZ, downloadable on Google Play and App Store. The platform will make it possible for customers without regular access to the internet or even a smartphone to run their basic transactions from a USSD code available from mobile operators.
The platform will provide the following products: Internet Banking for individuals, Internet Banking for businesses, Internet Banking for sub-agents, Mobile Banking / Wallet (Apple / Android and USSD) and ATM (multi-function counter for depositing cash, withdrawal without card, updating account and customer information).
