MCII thus becomes the third fund launched by this company. The first fund, 62 million and the second fund, 120 million, were fully invested.
The investment is intended to support the company’s expansion plans based on growth trends in the construction sector in Morocco and sub-Saharan Africa, which are expected to continue as demand for residential and non-residential buildings increased government spending on infrastructure and energy.
