Lomé: First edition of the ECOWAS Investment Forum (EIF) 2024
The ECOWAS Investment Forum (EIF) 2024 will be held on April 4 and 5, 2024 at the Hotel 2 Février in Lomé, Togo under the overall theme “Transforming ECOWAS Communities in a Challenging Environment”.
The ECOWAS Investment Forum (EIF) is a strategic platform that brings together development actors to promote investment opportunities in key sectors of ECOWAS Member States.
Organised by the ECOWAS Bank for Investment and Development (EBID), the EIF 2024 will highlight West Africa’s investment potential, with a focus on the socio-economic recovery of ECOWAS Communities.
ECOWAS Member States are facing economic challenges resulting from global shocks. The EIF 2024 aims to address these challenges by presenting investment opportunities in crucial sectors such as agriculture, infrastructure, energy and health.
EIF 2024 Objectives
- Highlight the strong investment potential of West Africa
- Present a pipeline of private and public sector development projects and programs
- Facilitate partnerships and relevant investment discussions
A world of opportunities
The sector-focused deal rooms create an important investment climate that could potentially yield opportunities for the financing of development projects in ECOWAS member states. The deal-rooms set to bring key actors together, facilitate direct interaction and spark the business chemistry that could yield financial dividends for all actors.
