Although national institutions have started to emerge in some countries to provide training in management techniques, it was desirable to create, at the African or regional level, a center capable of offering solid managerial training to future business leaders of various nationalities, by exposing them to real-life experiences and situations from here and there.
The training challenges are so numerous and similar that their solutions can only be achieved through a concerted effort by multiple countries to implement joint projects. The C.A.M.P.C., the result of this collaboration, is therefore an inter-African institution with legal, administrative, and financial autonomy. Its headquarters is located in Abidjan, Republic of Côte d’Ivoire.
