The Saham Digital Factory is a laboratory dedicated to innovation, but “everything that happens here is on order,” explains the company’s general manager, Moulay Mhamed Elalamy. “We have created a digital factory to put the customer at the heart of our processes, to be able to innovate very quickly to meet the needs of our customers, with very short decision cycles and a culture of experimentation”. he continued.
